In developing TuckOnline we talked with Heads of Schools, Boarding House Staff and School Administrators to ensure that as well as offering Boarders and their families a good quality service - we also offer a service which does not present schools with un-welcome concerns.

For peace of mind of boarding school staff (and parents) all our TuckOnline Hampers are guaranteed completely alcohol-free - we’ve even had our fabulous Priate Cake made with pineapple juice instead of rum!

To ensure that the hampers are received just the way they were sent, we seal them with TuckOnline tamper-proof tape. The tuck hampers are then sent from within the UK, (by-passing the problems for Overseas parents of delivery delays and customs clearance). The hampers are delivered to the school during normal working week hours by a well respected UK carrier. We suggest that all delivery addresses are checked though our schools search service and verified if necessary with the school directly.
