Customer satisfaction is very important us, if you are not happy with your purchase please let us know by email immediately.
If you order an item and decide you do not like it please contact us and we can help you to return it to us for a refund.
If our couriers have damaged the item please refuse to accept it and it will be returned to us – contact us immediately for assistance in getting a replacement sent out.
If you have ordered an item and had it customised it to your needs (eg adding wheels, handles or embossing) it is not returnable.
This covers basic issues rather than having a long winded policy for every eventuality, we prefer to sort out problems to your satisfaction, that's the way it should be.
