Amondi

This is Honeybuns version of the well-loved amaretti biscuit. It is made with free-range egg whites, almonds, sugar and orange zest and oil. It comes in a cookie shape and is finished with an undyed glace cherry. It has a crisp outer and a gooey, almondy middle. Lovely natural sweetness.
