Biltong - Plain

We've been asked for Biltong by many teenagers and we're happy to be able to include this top quality Biltong in our range.
So what is it? Traditionally dried cured beef; biltong was the primary way of preserving meat - enabling African hunters to carry nourishment with them on long trips. Biltong is ideal for packing in a ruck sack for CCF or DoE camping or just for satisfying savoury cravings.
Each pack is made from 85g of premium silverside beef which is cured with spices and finally airdried. Biltong is high in protein and low in carbs and fat.
The (meat eating) teenagers in our taste test panel were unanimously enthusiastic about this healthy, meaty snack.
