Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch all standard Tuck Box and Trunk orders placed by 12 noon (UK time) on the day of receipt and all self selection Tuck Food orders from a separate food warehouse on Wednesdays. Delivery is within 2 working days of dispatch. If you have a last minute panic do contact us and if we are able, we'll be happy to help.
We make deliveries during normal working hours (Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5pm), we do not offer standard delivery over weekends or on public holidays.

Christmas and New Year - Last shipping before Christmas is December 20th for standard product orders placed by 11am; First orders in 2010 will be dispatched on January 4th for delivery on the 5th.

If you specify an ideal delivery date we will endeavour to ensure it gets there in time. Please complete the special instructions section on the order form.

Our couriers require a signature for the delivery of all packages - we suggest you confirm that there will be someone at the delivery address who can receive your order.

Delivery to Boarding Schools is not normally a problem as boarding school staff are on site, we do recommend however that you check with your boarding school to confirm the best point of delivery: telephone and email contact information for most UK accredited Boarding Schools is available as part of our normal order procedure and within our services for registered cutomers.

Goods will be at the buyers risk in all aspects upon delivery.
