"The boys and girls were happy to test TuckOnline's goodies and didn't need to be asked twice! They didn't notice the fact that the products were 'healthy'or 'wholesome' and were very animated when the spread was put in front of them - eager to devour what looked to them to be delicious, tempting and indulgent fare. They were very forthcoming in their views and unanimously voted some products as definite winners.
They agreed that they would be thrilled to receive a food parcel from friends or family containing Tuck of this quality and thought it would be a refreshing change to receive something different from the usual chocs, biscuits and snacks they could get for themselves at the supermarket.
As an adult I was really impressed by what was on offer. It truly was delicious and felt quite decadent for fare deemed to be healthier. I certainly was interested in knowing who supplied some of the things available as I would want to buy them myself.
The pupils in house are conscious of eating healthier food and do ask for things like cereal bars, etc but even these are dull or not really that healthy, but packaged as the low fat alternative, whilst packed with additives or sweeteners. The thought that students might be receiving something interesting, appetizing and healthy is very appealing."
Nicky Mendoza, Dietitian, Coeliac UK
