Standard Delivery Expectations

Our couriers make standard deliveries during normal working hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5pm (home deliveries can be up till 7pm), we do not offer standard delivery over weekends or on public holidays.

Our couriers require a signature for the delivery of all packages - we suggest you confirm that there will be someone at the delivery address who can receive your order. If you have a secure* place for a delivery to be left please describe the location for our courier in the “Special Instructions” box at checkout.

*Goods left by request will be at the buyers risk in all aspects upon delivery.

Delivery to Boarding Schools, Hotels etc., we recommend that you confirm the correct point of delivery.

Orders for “fast dispatch” items placed by 11am on a working day are dispatched for delivery to you within 2 working days. This August, due to a fire, this can take up to 2 days more.

All other items including “customised items" should arrive within 7 working days

Enhanced Delivery Services

We also offer a "by noon" and Saturday delivery please add these options at checkout. The By noon service is to allow you to plan your delivery time, it is not a guaranteed next day service.

If you need to specify an ideal delivery date we will endeavour to ensure it gets there on time. Please complete the special instructions section on the order form.

If you have a last minute order contact us and if we are able, we'll be happy to help you.

Delivery Notification

If you provide us with a mobile number in your registration our couriers can text you on the day of delivery with your one hour delivery window. This is a free service and is offerd on a trial basis.

Delivery Destinations

While anyone may visit the site, we only accept orders for delivery to addresses in the UK and selected European countries through the web site.

If you order an item and decide you do not like it please contact us and we can help you to return it to us for a refund.

If our couriers have damaged the item please refuse to accept it and it will be returned to us – contact us immediately for assistance in getting a replacement sent out.

Please note: If you have ordered an item and had it customised it to your needs (eg adding wheels, handles or embossing), it is not returnable.
